- Greased Baking Tray, Metal with 2″ sides
- 1/2 lb plain flour
- 1/4 lb of pastry margarine eg Stork or Trex
- ice cold water
- 1/2 lb dried fruit
- Glacé cherries
- Candied peel
- 1/2 pound ground almonds
- 4ozs sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- Directions
- Heat oven to 180C
- Cook for 25 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
