Grandma shows us how to make jalapeno cornbread. Yum, Yum…doesn’t get any better than this.
- 2 Eggs
- 1C Self-rising cornmeal
- 2T Self-rising flour
- 1C Chopped Onions
- 1/4C Cream Corn
- 3/4C Butter MIlk
- 3 Jalapeno Peppers
- 1C Grated Cheese
- Directions
- Mix together
- Bake at 400 until golden brown
